To start your return contact us.
To be eligible for a return, items must be new, and with all original tags attached. Items must not have been used in photography shoots, Instagram posts, online, commercially or for personal gain. Please be careful of deoderant and makeup rubbing off on the item. All items that do not meet those standards will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. All eligible returns are accepted if postmarked within 5 days of delivery and will be refunded to the original payment method. Items returned after 5 days will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns on sale items. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Any damaged items received back to our warehouse without previous knowledge will be returned to the customer. Once we have received and accepted your return it will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please contact your bank with additional questions.
In order to exchange an item, you can request a return. Once your return arrives at our wareohuse, you will be emailed an e-gift card to apply to the purchase of your new size.

If the item you ordered is damaged upon delivery, please reach out to our customer service team and we will assist with this!
We are unable to edit or cancel orders once they are placed. If you ordered an item on pre-order, contact us if you need to cancel the item before the estimated ship date.
All orders that are confirmed before 12PM Monday - Friday, excluding holidays, will be shipped that day. All orders placed after 12PM Monday - Friday will ship the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. We do not ship on the weekend or holidays.
Your location and the shipping method you choose will determine when your order will be delivered. Once the order leaves our warehouse, Shop Femmi is not responsible for nor does it have any control over any delays in your order.
We do our best to ensure that orders arrive at the time you expect them to. Please bear in mind that the carriers are only able to provide an estimated delivery date. On rare occasions, packages can arrive outside the estimated delivery date. Shop Femmi is not responsible nor has control over these situations.

We accept one Promo Code per order. If you have any codes with future expiration dates, make sure to save them for your next order!
